Initial enquiries are free. We’ll briefly discuss the problem with you to understand what is required and advise on the appropriate next step. Any troubleshooting or technical work beyond this initial assessment is chargeable at the rates shown.
We can provide remote assistance to existing customers at the lower rate shown where appropriate.
